Learning how to consistently create Elemental Reactions with Hydro is essential to Hu Tao's gameplay. Paired with an off-field Hydro DPS like Xingqiu or Yelan, Hu Tao can maximize her damage with powerful Vaporized Charged Attacks. Therefore, HP% will be more beneficiall to Hu Tao than ATK%.
